Nothing but frozen configuration screens

No matter what you enter, the configuration screen freezes. Unintall, reinstall, nothing works.

Even the "Report a Problem" link on this review dialogue box takes you to a crappy website that says, "Sloppy Auctions". This developer obviously has left the building in terms of maintenance and support.
