Never got it to work. Shows "retrieving" and nothing happens for ages...

Well, the out of office text entered through this app is not formatted. Also the app is not the state of art if you look at the interface.

Just because you dopes cant get the app to work, of which Im 100% sure is your own fault, doesnt mean it deserves a 1 star review. Purchased the app, downloaded, installed, configured it for Exchange 2010 OWA and it worked the first time.

Works exactly as I need it to. Wasnt sure of my Outlook version. Tried a couple and eventually the correct one worked. Great app.

This app works but was a pain to set up. This might be impossible to roll out on the enterprise level due to the onerous task of setting it up.

Those users providing negative feedback are wrong. Ive been using for several years. Just purchased a second time for my new user account. It worked immediately. Cant have iPhone without this app. Rod

Not too hard to set up, but once switched ON it only auto replies to the first email you receive. Subsequent emails receive no reply even though setting is still ON. Same problem even after recycling the settings. Contacted Customer support 5 days ago - received THEIR auto reply that they would respond as soon as humanly possible which I am now guessing is never. Waste of money, dont bother.

You do need detailed account info, just like when you first set up your exchange account on the phone. I just copied those settings and it worked easily. Yay!

As with most well-written software, this works like a charm when the user input settings are correct. I had a connection issue (which ended up being a server alias issue on our side) which Matt helped me resolve within a few emails. It was not his codes problem, but he stuck with me anyway. Thats great support!

This is what is required to survive in this world. If you dont know how to use an app..save some money working the fry grill.. from welfare..etc and go back to school!

Know your OWA (?) info to even get this one up and running. If you dont have that, get one of the other apps instead.

Took a few tries to get the correct settings, I would say that would be operator error. My laptop had crashed so I needed this app, it worked just in the nick of time!

So it has several problems. 1. It offers only one message for OOF for both internal and external users. 2. When editing the message it sometimes scrolls up and you cant actually edit it or make it scroll down. 3. Getting it to authenticate with Office365 will require a lot of troubleshooting and extensive knowledge. It does work, but only to the bare minimum.

I tried configuring my settings and testing but the app kept crashing and now its stuck on one outlook version. Not worth the money.

I have tried the others in the App Store and this one does what it promises. Happy to have it.

It took a little bit to setup mainly because I wasnt sure of my exact exchange version, but it finally worked! As soon as it synced, it pulled up an old OOO message I had written, so I knew it was legit. I sent myself a test email, and it came through with my OOO message. I downloaded two other similar programs- neither of them worked. This one does. My only suggestion (and the reason for four instead of five) is to update the intro graphic to make it look more professional and current.

Works fine. I have used other apps and this one definitely is not as easy. I dont know if its the app or the fact that Exchange is getting more complicated (my old apps stopped working!). The developer is very helpful and responsive. I withheld stars because you cant specify a time to stop the auto-reply (I tend to forget) and its a bit slow (Im always afraid its not going to work). I do like that it has 3 different templates that you can develop and pick from.

I like it - works great. Been looking for a way to deal with the issue of setting an OOO reply while traveling. Very useful and worth the $.99 - it does ask for your Exchange version which anyone at your IT help desk should be able to answer if you dont know.

The app is very simple and does what you need. Its good to have if youre in a pinch. It does not allow you to specify a date and time for the out of office message; just on or off.
